Research activities

The scientific and technological objective of the project is to develop new tools and technologies for characterisation, treatment, se paration, recovery and utilisation of manure organic matter, nutrients and bioenergy and assess land application effects; and to synthesize the developed knowledge into new manure management systems.

The research activities will involve a direct industrial integration and interaction within the work packages, to create industrial awareness of  the basic science generated results and to ensure that the direction of the development will be suitable for a future industrial exploitati on of the new innovations.

ReUseWaste research activities are organized in five Work Packages (WP3 - WP7). The research activities in each of the work packages are organised with 2-4 individual research projects (IRP), one for each research fellow (early stage researcher ESR or experienced researcher, ER).
